1. What are your operation hours?
Trust Rent a Car operation hours: 07.00 -22.00 Monday – Sunday.
2. How can I reserve a car?
The Renter can reserve a car by e-mail, phone or fax.
3. What is the minimum age to qualify for rental?
The minimum age to qualify for rental of A,B,C car groups is 21 years, for other groups the minimum age is 25 years.
4. What documents are required to qualify for rental?
The Renter and any authorised driver (s) must have a Driving Licence in their own name, valid for a minimum one year for the territory of Poland. Passport and credit card is also required at the commencement of rental.
5. What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 24 hours. After a grace period of 59 minutes charges for additional day will apply.
6. Is my rate guaranteed?
Rates are guaranteed as initially confirmed. However, rate is subject to change if the reservation is modified in any regard.
7. How can I pay for rental?
The Renter can use major international credit card as a payment for rental. Trust Rent a Car also accepts the payments by bank transfer or in local currency.
8. Do I have to pay for the car delivery / collection?
Delivery/collection to the airport / hotel within the city limits of Warsaw is free of charge. Car delivery/ collection to / from other cities within Poland – 1,50 PLN + 22 % VAT per kilometre, no more than 350,00 PLN + 22 % VAT.
9. Should I return a car with a full tank of fuel?
The Renter should return a car with a full tank of fuel. In case the car is given back with less than a full tank, the Renter will be charged accordingly.
10. Is the rented car insured?
Yes, the rented car is insured against third party liability. Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection is optional.Trust Rent a Car offers the options at the fixed daily rates. In case of accepting CDW/TP insurance, Renter’s liability is reduced to the amount of 1500,00 PLN + 22 % VAT. If the Renter declines to purchase CDW/TP insurance, his responsibility for the theft or damage to the rented vehicle or its accessories is limited to the entire car value.
11. What is the additional equipment fee?
The additional fee for a child seat is 14,00 PLN + 22 % VAT / per day, no more than 140,00 PLN + 22 % VAT per rental.
12. Can the car be driven out of Poland?
Cars may not enter into former Soviet Union, Albania, Greece, Turkey and Succession States of Yugoslavia ( except for the countries of the European Union). Information regarding crossing a border should be sent to Trust Rent a Car together with reservation.
