General Information

Minimum rental
Daily rates are for 24 hours from the start of  rental. After a grace period of 59 minutes, charges for additional day will apply.

Payment
You can use any major international credit card as a payment for car rental. Trust Rent a Car accepts also payments by bank transfer or in local currency. At the beginning of rental deposits for Renter’s responsibility and fuel are required.

Fuel
The Trust Rent a Car vehicle has a full tank of gasoline at the start of rental. If the car is returned with less than a full tank of gasoline, the Renter will be charged accordingly. All Trust Rent a Car cars use unleaded gasoline.

Insurance
Trust Rent a Car provides insurance that is valid solely in the Republic of Poland in accordance with the policy of civil liability insurance only to those using the car with Trust Rent a Car consent. Trust Rent a Car offers Collission Damage Waiver ( CDW) and Theft Protection ( TP) insurance on all cars. In case of accepting CDW/TP insurance Renter’s responsibility is reduced to the amount of PLN 1830,00 ( incl. 22 % VAT).This is not a full-comprehensive insurance. If Renter declines to purchase CDW/TP insurance, his responsibility for the theft or damage to the rented vehicle or its accessories is limited to the entire value of car.

Age requirements
The minimum age for the Renter for car groups A,B,C is 21 years, and 25 years for all other groups.

Driving license
All drivers should be in possession of a license for a minimum of one year, valid for the territory of Poland.

Delivery / Collection
Delivery / collection to / from the airport/ hotels within the city limits of Warsaw is free of charge. Otherwise PLN 1,83 ( incl. 22% VAT) per each kilometre will be charged, no more than 427,00 PLN ( incl. 22 % VAT).

Territorial limitations
The Trust Rent a Car vehicle may not enter into former Soviet Union, Albania, Greece, Turkey and Succession State of Yugoslavia ( except for the countries of the European Union). Renter must have Trust Rent a Car permission to travel outside Poland.

Reservations
Reservations will only be confirmed for groups, not for specific types of vehicles.
