General conditions

• The minimum age for the Renter for car groups A, B, C is 21 years and 25 years for other groups.


• Rentals are based on 24 hours’ period. After a grace period of 59 minutes charges for additional day will apply.


• Renter’s responsibility in case any damage / theft to the rented vehicle amounts to 1500,00 PLN + 22 % VAT.


• Renter must hold a valid major credit card. Credit card deposits for responsibility & fuel are requested at the spot before the commencement of rental.


• Car delivery / collection to the airport / hotels within the city limits of Warsaw -free of charge.


• Car delivery / collection to / from other cities within Poland – 1,50 PLN + 22 % VAT per kilometre, no more than 250,00 PLN + 22 % VAT.


• Child seat fee – 10,00 PLN + 22 % VAT per one day, no more than 100,00 PLN + 22 % VAT per rental.


• Additional driver’s fee – 10,00 PLN + 22 % VAT per one day.


• Restrictions: cars may not enter into former Soviet Union, Albania, Greece, Turkey, and Succession States of Yugoslavia ( except for the countries of the European Union).


• Cross border policy to other countries: information regarding cross border has to be sent to Trust Rent a Car together with reservation.


• Reservations need confirmation by Trust Rent a Car. Confirmations are made only for car groups, not specified models.


• American and Australian licence holders must also carry an International Driving Licence.


• Cancellations 48 hours before the pick-up result in two ( first) days cancellation fee.


• Out of hours fee ( after the working hours 07.00 -22.00) – 85,00 PLN + 22 % VAT.


• GPS available at 20,00 zł + 22% VAT per one day.
